Local vegetable refer to vegetable or plant that natural grow in each local which contain nutritious it also can protect and cure degeneration of body because it has antioxidant substance as source if phytonutrient and contain high amount of dietary fiber. Perrpioca of the woods and Phak Wan Ban can be local vegetable that have benefits and properties from aforementioned. Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research has research and develop food health products from antioxidant substance of local vegetable. By develop as beverage prototypes in Perrpioca of the woods juice and Phak Wan Ban juice in box include natural flavors and honey leamon flavor which pass the quality check in physical and biological pass evaluation of the safety standards and pass satisfaction of consumers.
