Holy basil is vegetable that contain high amount of vitamin A and phosphorus including vitamin C, mineral and various vitamins then it suitable to cook a lot of foods such as spicy curry, spicy fried, poetak, pad kee mao, kaeng pa. It also has medicinal properties can use fresh leaves and dry leaves.
