A 300 cubic centimeters instant noodle cup made from polypropylene, which has its structure of a three-storey surface and is shaped in the thermoform process, is manufactured to use with a microwave without any hot water to boil. This noodle cup will be commercially stamped by making the surface more convex being as the wanted symbol and durability against the sterilization process. The food contained in such cup will be preserved up to 18 months.
