ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารไฮเบอร์รี่ เป็นสารสกัดจากรำข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ ที่วิจัยและพัฒนาโดยศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์ข้าว มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ สถาบันวิจัยโภชนาการ และคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยใช้รำข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ที่มีดัชนีน้ำตาลต่ำ ผ่านการหีบน้ำมันด้วยกระบวนการ Cold Press ผสมกับส่วนประกอบอื่นให้อยู่ในรูปรำข้าวเม็ด ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ไฮเบอร์รี่นี้มีคุณสมบัติช่วยชะลอการเพิ่มของระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ลดระดับคอเลสเตอรอล ช่วยรักษาสภาวะหลอดเลือดแข็งจากการพอกพูนของกรดไขมันอิ่มตัว นอกจากนี้ยังมีโปรตีน ไขมันไม่อิ่มตัว ใยอาหาร วิตามินบี1 สารต้านอนุมูลอิสระชนิดต่างๆ ที่ช่วยลดโอกาสเกิดมะเร็งลำไส้ มะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาว มะเร็งเต้านมได้.

Hiberry dietary supplement produce is made from rice berry bran extract that research and developed by Rice Gene Disocvery & Rice Science Center, Kasetsart University, Institute of Nutrition and Faculty of Medicine, Mahidol University. They use rice berry bran that low on sugar index, through the oil press by Cold press processes mix with other ingredients in form of rice seeds. These products can slow the increase of blood sugar levels, reduce cholesterol level, help maintain the harden condition of the arteries from saturated fatty acids deposition. It also contains protein, unsaturated fatty acid, dietary fiber, Vitamin B1, various antioxidant substance that can reduce risk of colon cancer, leukemia and breast cancer.
