มะเขือเทศมีสารไลโคปีน(lycopene) เบต้าแคโรทีน วิตามินซี และวิตามินอีสูง ซึ่งช่วยในการกำจัดอนุมูลอิสระที่ก่อให้เกิดการอักเสบ ทำลายเนื้อเยื่อโรคมะเร็ง สามารถลดการเกิดมะเร็งลำไส้ มะเร็งต่อมลูกหมากได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีกรดกลูตามิค ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติในอาหาร ในปริมาณสูง จากคุณประโยชน์ข้างต้นและปัญหามะเขือเทศล้นตลาดรวมถึงผลผลิตไม่ได้ขนาด ทำให้เกษตรกรในตำบลดอนตูม อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐมได้ร่วมก่อตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลดอนตูม อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ได้ร่วมก่อตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลดอนตูมขึ้นเพื่อแปรรูปมะเขือเทศราชินีเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์มะเขือเทศราชินีอบแห้งตราแม่ฉุย และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน GAP และเป็นสินค้าโอท็อประดับ 5 ดาว โดยมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ 2 รูปแบบคือ แบบบรรจุถุงใส และบรรจุถุงทึบ ซึ่งมีวางจำหน่ายที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า และร้านค้าส่งทั่วไป
