Development of mechanisms to monitor food safety of consumers project, Foundation for consumers has random sample of school milk from 8 provinces such as Bangkok, Samut Songkhram, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Satun and Songkhla. By devide into 2 groups is pasteurized milk and UHT milk. Pasteurized milk was bring to test in value of total microbial (Toatal Plate Count), standard is < 5x104 cfu/ml, standard of Coliform bacteria is < 100 Cfu/ml, standard of E.coli is can not find in raw milk that was pasteurized more than 0.1 ml, standard of S.aureus is same as E.coli, standard volume of protein is > 2.8 % of weight (g/100 ml). Sample of pasteurized milk that did not passed the test is varies, for UHT milk will test on will test value total microbial and protein value, which it was found that the samples did not meet the standards too.
