ร้าน ณิศวรรณ เป็นร้านที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายขนมเป็นสินค้าของฝากที่ได้รับความนิยมจากผู้บริโภค โดยในระยะแรก ผลิตและจำหน่ายขนมถ้วย ขนมตาล และขนมไข่ปลา และในปัจจุบันได้พัฒนาสินค้าของฝากให้หลากหลายขึ้น อาทิ ข้าวแต๋นน้ำแตงโม โรตีสายไหม แคบหมู และหมี่กรอบ ที่ถือเป็นสินค้าที่ขึ้นชื่อของทางร้านโดยมีรสชาติแตกต่างจากร้านอื่นเนื่องจากใส่ส้มซ่าเป็นส่วนประกอบ ซึ่งในบทความนี้ มีกระบวนการผลิตข้าวแต๋นกับน้ำแตงโม และหมี่กรอบ "ณิศวรรณ" โดยสังเขปด้วย

The Nissawun Shop is a shop which will make and sell a popular snack as consumers' souvenir product. In the first period, a steamed cup cake (Khanom Tuay), a steamed palm cake (Khanom Tan), and a fish roe dessert (Khanom Kai Pla) have been made and sold. Nowadays, more various souvenir products are developed such as the Khao- Tan (rice cracker) in a watermelon flavor, cotton candy (roti saimai), pork rind, and crispy rice noodle. The crispy rice noodle is treated as the shop's famous product with a different taste from other shops. In this article, there is a production process of the Khao- Tan in a watermelon flavor and crispy rice noodle of the "Nissawun" in brief too.
