520			_aใบบัวบกมีสรรพคุณทางยา ช่วยแก้อาการอ่อนเพลีย เมื่อยล้า แก้ร้อนใน แก้โรคความดันโลหิตสูง การบริโภคใบบัวบก ส่วนมากมักรับประทานสด เป็นผักจิ้มน้ำพริกหรือคั้นน้ำ ซึ่งใบบัวบกที่รับประทานสดจะมีความขม เฝื่อน รับประทานยาก นักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี(มทร.) จึงได้ศึกษาคุณภาพ คุณค่า สารอาหารของใบบัวบก และนำไปผลิตเป็นชาใบบัวบกเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการรับประทาน โดยนำใบบัวบก มาอบด้วยลมร้อนเป็นเวลา 45 นาที ที่ระดับอุณหภูมิและความเร็วลมแตกต่างกัน จากนั้นเปรียบเทียบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ และประสาทสัมผัสของน้ำใบบัวบกสดและชาใบบัวบกอบแห้ง พบว่าชาใบบัวบกอบแห้งที่อุณหภูมิ 75 องศาเซลเซียส ความเร็วลม 8.43 m/s มีสี รสชาติ และกลิ่นที่ดีกว่าน้ำใบบัวบกสดและชาใบบัวบกที่อบด้วยอุณหภูมิและความเร็วลมอื่น.

Most of Centella asiatica consumption are raw, as vegetables dip in chili dip or juicing which Centella asiatica when eat raw will tastes bitter, unpalatable, hard to eat. Students in Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has study on quality, vakue, nutritional of Centella asiatica and produce Centella asiatica for easy consumption. Method of tea producing start with roast Centella asiatica by hot air for 45 minute at different temperature and speed then compare physical properties and sensory of Centella asiatica fresh jucie and Centella asiatica tea found that Centella asiatica tea roast at 75 Celcius, 8.43 m/s of wind speed have color, taste and smell better than fresh Centella asiatica juice and other Centella asiatica tea that roast by other temperature and wind speed.
