This article has shown origin of riceberry development, rice research, compare the efficacy of antioxidant experiment of riceberry with ready drink fruit juice and green tea. The researchers were interested in clinical studies for use in therapy of disease and malnutrition, so it is processed by extraction into rice bran oil by cold pressing and bran residue that was leftover from rice bran oil extraction to processed into rice bran capsule and rice bran bolus which are product with antioxidant and also have low Glycemic index value suitable for diabetic patients. It also shown the major species characteristic of riceberry rice, process map of preparation of bran and oil, and picture of product from bran with low Glycemic index value.
